Use of Services

Subscription and Payment

Access to MagicList requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. You are responsible for verifying all information independently before making investment decisions.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MagicList be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

All content, features, and functionality of MagicList are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
